Tech Lead / Senior Full-Stack Developer
About This Role
We are looking for a strong Tech Lead to join as our first senior technical hire. You will own the architecture, guide technology decisions, lead a small team of developers, and be the bridge between the product vision and technical execution. This is a hands-on role — you will write code every day while also setting the technical direction of the platform.
eunix.tech is a fast-growing software engineering company based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar ( Mohali ), India. We build intelligent, scalable software for clients across the globe. Right now, we are delivering a large-scale enterprise platform with multiple business modules and advanced AI-assisted workflows for automation, analysis, and operations.
What You'll Be Doing
Design and own the overall system architecture for a multi-module, AI-powered SaaS platform
Lead a team of 3–4 developers and a QA engineer — code reviews, mentoring, sprint planning
Build and ship full-stack features across React frontend and Node.js backend
Define API contracts, database schema, and integration patterns (QuickBooks, third-party APIs)
Collaborate closely with the founder (Rajesh) and directly with the US client team
Set up CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and coding standards
Make key technology decisions — be accountable for build quality and delivery timelines
What We're Looking For
5–8 years of full-stack experience, including 2+ years leading or mentoring engineers
Strong engineering fundamentals — system design, data modeling, API design, testing, and clear trade-off reasoning
Fluency with the modern web stack: TypeScript, React / Next.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL
Hands-on with AI-assisted development (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) — and you keep quality high as the team ships faster with AI
Cloud and delivery experience — AWS or Azure, Docker, and CI/CD
A fast learner who picks the right tool for the job and ramps on unfamiliar code quickly
Excellent communication skills — you will work directly with a US client
Self-driven, ownership mindset — you take problems to completion
Nice to Have
Experience shipping AI/LLM features into products (RAG, function calling, vision-language models)
Python exposure for AI/ML integration work
Prior experience in enterprise SaaS, field operations, or ERP systems
Familiarity with QuickBooks API integration
