QA Engineer
About This Role
We are looking for a QA Engineer to own quality across the platform. You will work closely with developers and the Tech Lead to define test plans, catch bugs before they reach the client, and build a test automation framework that grows with the product. You will be the last line of defence before code ships.
eunix.tech is a Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar ( Mohali )-based software company developing a large-scale enterprise platform that handles critical workflows across operations, finance, and field execution. Quality is non-negotiable, and we need a QA Engineer who takes that seriously.
What You'll Be Doing
Create and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases for each feature and sprint
Perform thorough manual testing — functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing
Build and maintain an automated test suite using Playwright, Selenium, or similar tools
Perform API testing using Postman or similar — validate endpoints, data integrity, and error handling
Log bugs clearly and precisely in the issue tracker — steps to reproduce, expected vs actual, severity
Work with developers to ensure bugs are fixed and verified before release
Maintain test documentation and contribute to the team's quality culture
Test AI module outputs — validate accuracy and reliability of ML model results
What We're Looking For
2–4 years of QA/testing experience on real software products
Strong manual testing instincts — ability to think like a user and break things creatively
Automation with at least one modern framework — Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium
API testing proficiency — Postman, Newman, or similar tools
Comfortable using AI tools to speed up test generation and exploratory testing
A fast learner who picks up new tools and domains quickly
Familiarity with agile/scrum and clear, reproducible bug reporting
Attention to detail — you notice the things others miss
Nice to Have
Testing AI/ML outputs — validating accuracy and reliability of model results
Performance testing experience (k6, JMeter, or similar)
Basic scripting (JavaScript or Python) for test automation
CI/CD familiarity — tests running automatically on each build
